These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the salon and academy services offered by Bhavisska Salon & Academy, located in Pant Nagar, Ghatkopar East, Mumbai. By booking an appointment, enrolling in a course, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Appointments & Bookings

• Appointments can be booked via WhatsApp, phone, or in person, and are confirmed subject to stylist and time-slot availability.
• We recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
• Bhavisska Salon & Academy reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice where possible.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients are requested to inform us at least 4 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
• Repeated no-shows without notice may result in the requirement of advance booking confirmation for future appointments.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Service and course prices are as displayed in-salon or as communicated at the time of booking, and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or card at the salon/academy premises.
• Any promotional offers or discounts are valid only for the period specified and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

4. Academy Enrollment

• Enrollment in academy courses is confirmed only upon payment of the applicable course fee.
• Course fees, once paid, are non-refundable except in cases where a course is cancelled or discontinued by the Academy itself.
• Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of the required coursework, attendance, and practical assessments.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are requested to disclose any known allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to undergoing any salon treatment.

• Clients are expected to maintain respectful conduct on the premises; the management reserves the right to refuse service in cases of misconduct.
